This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Taking up a key leadership role within the TriConnex Technical team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who has strong commercial and construction/utilities knowledge, capable of driving projects through to delivery.

A pivotal role in the technical management team, not only will you be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of projects that are taken on by your team of Technical coordinators, but in addition, leading change-based improvement projects across the whole of Technical on behalf of the Technical Director.

So, what will you be doing?
In addition to the above, the role will be positioned to play a leading role in the department's development to ensure it can deliver for customers as they transition towards implementation of the Future Homes Standard.

You will be reporting to the Executive Technical Director and will also be responsible for:

  • The timely and accurate delivery of projects designs to budget.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leading a team of Technical Coordinators.
  • Leading change and business improvement projects.
  • Coordinating water, gas, electricity, and civils designs in accordance with client and license requirements.
  • Building strong relationships with senior personnel at major house builders

The Person:
You will be from a Commercial/QS background with a strong commercial understanding, including contractual inclusions, exclusions, risks, and variations.  With experience in the utilities or residential developer sector, you will also be able to:

  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability, the post holder will be responsible for managing the design processes of schemes (400+ plots).
  • Show attention to detail with the ability to plan and deliver agreed objectives.
  • Have the ability to build and manage effective customer relationships across multiple levels of business.
